HR Administrator - Property & Energy

Are you an early-career HR professional with a strong administrative skillset and a genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a global people function?

We're partnering with a progressive, globally operating organisation within the property and energy space to recruit a HR Administrator to support the People & Culture team across a growing international business.

This role is ideal for someone with the right mindset: a keen learner who is open to feedback, enjoys variety, and wants exposure to meaningful HR initiatives.

The Role

This is a dynamic role where responsibilities will change day to day. You will support across recruitment, HR administration, and people initiatives, including:

* Supporting recruitment activities
* Managing HR documentation and administration
* Supporting engagement and communications initiatives
* Monitoring and responding to the People & Culture inbox in a timely and professional manner

Approximately one-third of the role will focus on recruitment coordination, with a significant portion of time dedicated to HR documentation and administrative support.

About You

You're someone who:

* Has at least 1 year of experience in an HR administration or coordinator role
* Brings a positive, growth-focused mindset and is open to constructive feedback
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Enjoys partnering with stakeholders and supporting initiatives across regions
* Is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment

Experience within technology, property, energy, or professional services will be highly regarded.
