The role of the Technical Manufacturing Coordinator will be working in a small team and will support the contract in delivering Manufacturing / Fabrication projects, and Innovations for the projects.
This role will suit someone looking to take their next career step off the tools and into coordination and planning within a technical project environment.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position paying between $110,000 and $115,000 package (inc. Super) dependant on experience based at the Bandiana (Wodonga) Defence base.
Skills And Experience
* Manage Quoting, Procurement and Customer relations
* Experience in Planning and scheduling, in a fabrication/maintenance environment
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / designs
* Experience in 3D prototype printing / AutoCAD or alike
* Experience using an ERP(SAP) or similar
* Effective written and oral communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
Other Duties Include
* Primary POC for internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure safety and technical requirements are met during project concept stage and are incorporated into technical data, publications, drawings and modelling activities.
* Draft, review and submit design packages, identify risks and appropriate mitigations, and provide advice and recommendations to decision makers.
* Interpret technical diagrams and instructions to ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Manage maintenance data on workshop machinery for scheduling preventative maintenance.
* Manage procurement and Material certification.
* Manage quoting and variations.
You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to complete a medical and Federal Police check as per the contractual requirements and eligible to attain and maintain NV1.
