Business Partner Role

Our People & Culture team plays a vital role in delivering strategic people initiatives that span the entire employee lifecycle. We provide expert advice, services, and support across all people-related matters. Partnering with Executive Directors, Senior Executives, Managers, and team members to help shape meaningful careers.
As a Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the DD&T Business Partner team with system development, implementation, and maintenance
2. Initiating new hire requests via Springboard using data from recruitment systems
3. Drafting and refining position descriptions in collaboration with Business and Strategic Partners
4. Coordinating weekly recruitment meetings and keeping stakeholders updated
5. Chairing recruitment leadership meetings and managing approval communications
6. Providing admin support including reporting, document handling, and workflow coordination
7. Acting as a key contact for the RegistryConnect Program, supporting delivery through reporting and communication
8. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
9. Using P&C systems accurately to enhance team communication and data sharing
10. Compiling and presenting data from various sources in clear, actionable formats
11. Identifying and supporting improvements in Business Partnering priorities
12. Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to assist Business and Strategic Partners
About You
You're a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in P&C through a hands-on role in Business Partnering. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working across teams, and are confident managing recruitment coordination, drafting position descriptions, and supporting program delivery. With strong organizational skills and a knack for data and systems, you're ready to contribute to meaningful people outcomes and support the full employee lifecycle.
In Addition, You Will Have
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
* Experience in generalist or operational HR, with strengths in stakeholder engagement, high-volume tasks, people analytics, and process improvement
* Skilled in researching and interpreting complex information and communicating it clearly
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and risks
* Confident presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach to change
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* Advanced IT and reporting skills, including Excel; HRIS experience highly regarded
