About the Opportunity
Accelerating growth in a dynamic Australian market, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive expansion across mid-market and enterprise clients.
This challenging opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in selling IT services and cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, shaping tailored solutions with our technical teams, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients across enterprise, mid-market, and government sectors.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Procurement).
Understand client challenges and position tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver successful solutions.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing.
Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
Ability to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience working with IT services and cybersecurity solutions.
