Join Liebherr’s Tower Crane division in a pivotal coordination role where your planning, organisational, and communication skills will shine. As the Crane Crew Allocator, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing crane crew operations across Sydney and the wider NSW area.This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient crew deployment and supporting project success across multiple sites.Location: Based between our two branches located in Pyrmont and Unanderra. Travel between the branches and to sites across Sydney is required. A company vehicle will be provided for travelling between branches and to job sites.Responsibilities:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to determine needs and allocate labour accordingly.Schedule and allocate personnel to sites/projects across NSW.Manage recruitment and onboarding of Crane Crew.Assist with the sales development process.Provide effective leadership and direction to on-site team members.Conduct regular site visits.Coach employees in expected HSE standards.Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support and identify potential future projects, sales, and upsell auxiliary equipment.Ensure attention to detail and effective time-management to prioritise tasks.Experience in mobilisation or labour scheduling is desirable.Thrive in a people-oriented role.Have knowledge and experience working in construction or related industries.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Adapt well to changing work environments.Benefits:Global company with job stability.Additional week of paid leave (total of 5 weeks).Annual reviews, service and manager rewards, career progression.Generous discounts through our employee benefits program (e.g., Woolworths, JB Hi-Fi, Rebel Sport).Culture and Values:We foster a collaborative environment that promotes high-quality products, long-lasting relationships, and continuous growth.
