Flipside International imports and distributes a range of quality Smart Pet and Smart Kids Products which are ranged and sold in Australia and New Zealand's premium retailers including JB Hi-Fi, Officeworks, Telstra, Pet Circle, Harvey Norman and many others. The role is based at our head office in Glynde, Adelaide.
About the Role
This is a part time position, ideally 9am-3pm, 5 days per week in a small team environment.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and gets the job done. Organised, proactive, and reliable, with a positive, team-focused approach.
Key responsibilities:
* Office administration and operations
* Maintaining internal systems and documentation
* Monitoring inventory levels and placing stock orders
* Assisting and maintaining relationships with retail customers
* Coordinating international freight, including documentation and liaison with suppliers and freight providers (no experience necessary, training will be provided)
* Assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, and employment records

* Experience using Microsoft Office and office systems
* Enjoys contributing as part of a small, dynamic team
