Undertake Program Management activities including planning and administration of a specific program in a government environment.
Oversee the purpose and status of the program, ensuring consistent delivery to a high quality standard. You will optimise the effectiveness of programs in the area of responsibility and provide support to executive and program business lines.
Contribute significantly to change management in the workplace, to foster partnerships and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive the implementation and integration of programs at the operational level.
**Key Tasks/Duties may include some or all of the following**:
- Promote and implement programs administered by the agency.
- Assist with strategic planning for programs with a particular emphasis on addressing user experience.
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships and expectations to share information, and deliver program services and outcomes.
- Analysis and reporting on all aspects of program reporting including status updates, exception reports, and quality assurance to assist in managing overall performance.
- Contribute to planning activities and develop strategies to improve against key performance indicators.
- Prepare draft reports, briefing papers and correspondence for senior staff.
- Program Management accreditation.
- Demonstrated program management experience in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of Jira and ability to maintain Jira boards.
