This position presents an opportunity to take on a crucial leadership role at Mareeba State High School. As a Deputy Principal Student Services, you will have the chance to shape the future of education while working closely with a dedicated team of educators and the wider school community.
Your responsibilities will include leading key activities and delivering the following tasks:
* Assist the Principal in developing and implementing a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Deputise for the Principal as required.
* Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
* Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance.
* Pursue ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
