Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to drive our day-to-day operations, elevate client satisfaction, and boost revenue performance. As the Department Leader, you will oversee Consultants and Admin team members to achieve company targets and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead BDMs and Client Consultation Specialists to drive new business and maintain existing relationships
* Monitor weekly/monthly installs and sales against targets
* Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards on KPI metrics (quotes, conversions, installs, damages, Google Reviews) to the Managing Director
* Share actionable client feedback and operational metrics with the Marketing Team to sharpen campaigns
* Act as the escalation point for client concerns and lead timely resolutions
Requirements
* 3 to 5+ years in sales or operations management, preferably in a fast-paced service business
* Proven track record of leading teams of 3+ and hitting growth-oriented KPIs
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, dashboards, and driving decisions from numbers
