In this role, you will manage accurate and timely transactional processing, coordinate cash flow and ensure compliance through meticulous reconciliations, ledger management and reporting.
You will provide budgeting, forecasting and preparation of financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets and monthly analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk management.
This is a hybrid role based in Adelaide, and we welcome full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage accurate and timely transactional processing, including accounts payable, treasury, credit cards, journals, accruals and prepayments.
* Coordinate cash flow, payment approvals and foreign exchange transactions.
* Ensure integrity of financial data through meticulous reconciliations, ledger management and compliance reporting.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and preparation of financial reports such as P&L, balance sheets and monthly analysis.
* Deliver strategic insights through financial data analysis and trends.
* Monitor workflows and systems to ensure quality, productivity and audit standards are met.
* Develop and maintain procedures, work instructions and internal controls to strengthen financial processes.
Requirements
* Accounting qualifications or 5+ years' experience in financial operations.
* Excel proficiency and ability to analyse, predict and interpret trends.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
* Proficient knowledge of processes, policies and procedures.
* Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail.
* A self-motivated, proactive, solutions-driven team player.
