Job Title: State Manager

* Lead and manage state sales teams to drive high-performance.
* Engage with customers regularly and promote our customer service proposition.
* Create exceptional customer added value by educating and informing them of benefits.
* Review sales forecasts and performance reporting, detailing results to budget, reviewing variances, and creating action plans to correct any shortfall and optimise opportunities.

This role is a key leadership position that requires strategic direction, customer and industry engagement, management, coaching through the state sales team, and formulating and implementing plans and initiatives to ensure goals and budgets are achieved.

About The Role:

The State Manager will lead and manage the state sales teams, driving high-performance, and be accountable for revenue sales and budgets. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic direction, customer and industry engagement, management, coaching through the state sales team, and formulating and implementing plans and initiatives to ensure goals and budgets are achieved.
