We are hiring multiple Grounds Maintenance Operators to support this contract. These are permanent full-time positions based in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities
* Preparing and clearing land for construction, agriculture, or infrastructure projects.
* Operating plant and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
* Loading, transporting, and handling materials and equipment.
* Performing manual labour including digging, lifting, and trenching.
* Supporting tradespeople and crews with general site tasks.
* Conducting equipment checks and reporting faults or hazards.
* Identifying utility lines and managing soil conditions.
* Setting up and cleaning work areas to maintain site safety.
* Following site plans, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
* Participating in toolbox talks and contributing to a safe work culture.
Qualifications
* Ability to safely operate mowers, blowers, compactors, and other landscaping equipment.
* Capable of lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Experience with fencing, paving, retaining walls, and irrigation systems.
* Familiarity with OH&S procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively on-site.
* Punctual, dependable, and able to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
* Relevant licences, white card and first aid requirements highly regarded.
* Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
