About the role: This role oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of 4 Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites based in Gladstone. This role’s ideal applicant would be someone that is a hands-on leader, that is a values and purpose driven with leadership style that promotes honest and integrity in your work and can do this autonomously. As a local leader you will have a new vision and understand of the NDIS with the growth mindset for the Endeavour portfolio within the Gladstone region. The Team leader, be the driving force behind a service that’s truly person-centred. As a trusted leader you will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clients, staff and quality of service in our home facilities. Situated onsite 5 days a week at our Office Site based in Gladstone this role will be Monday to Friday full time in managing all aspects of client care including NDIS funding, care plans, service coordination and risk assessment and incident reporting. Review rosters, leave, timesheets and performance of Support Workers Foster a supportive and respectful community-centric environment incorporating the interests of families & guardians Ensure team members are fully trained and aware of individual client requirements, taking accountability for staff compliance Skills & Experience: Qualifications in disability support or Human Services degree or studying towards is advantageous.
