We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to support the delivery of end-to-end human resources services across our operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of HR activities and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees while ensuring compliance with legislation, company policies, and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including advertising, contracts, inductions and uniform allocation
* Maintain HR compliance registers, monitoring licences, certifications and mandatory training
* Support visa management and DAMA requirements, ensuring accurate records and compliance
* Maintain the work health and safety incident register and assist with follow-up actions
* Assist with workers' compensation claims and related administration
* Support managers with low-level performance management matters and documentation
About You
* Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role
* Sound understanding of HR compliance, employment legislation and confidentiality requirements
* Experience or exposure to visa management and workers' compensation is highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator who can work collaboratively with managers and employees
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
