Carinity Education – Shalomhavean exciting opportunityfor enthusiastic Youth Workers – Learning Support (YW-LS) to join the team.
You will play a key role in supporting students throughout their time at school.
By working alongside teaching staff, you will help students stay engaged, build confidence, and grow both academically and emotionally.
This position supports the Secondary School and is Term Time Only, requiring availability between 7:00AM and 3:06PM (76 hours per fortnight).
What do I need for the role?
Possession of Certificate III (or higher) in either Youth Work, Education Support, or relevant discipline
Demonstrated experience in providing support to students
Ability to relate to youth from different backgrounds to build positive, professional relationships
Willingness to obtain a LR licence to drive a 25-seated bus (highly desirable) and open driver's licence to drive a Minibus
Possession of a current Working with Children card (Blue Card)
