The Role:
We are looking for a passionate customer service professional. As the first point of contact, you will be providing service that is personalised, and proactive and is able to resolve queries and promote the product.
This is purely an office role; however, you may be required to visit customers on special occasions or circumstances.
Our team is friendly, supportive, and committed to succeeding, in this expanding business.

* Assisting customers with orders and queries by phone and emails
* Drive sales and growth
* Manage existing customers with high-level service
* Process orders
