About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Human Resource (HR) Officer with experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes through digital candidate and talent management systems. The ideal candidate should be eager to become highly proficient in candidate management technology and support the team as a tech expert.

This role will predominantly undertake end-to-end employee lifecycle related activities including recruitment, e-onboarding, induction scheduling and e-offboarding through the Big Red Sky system to ensure we capture, maintain and process employee information and data timely, with care and accuracy. To add some variety, this role will also support the HR team with various inbox management (i.e.: HR inbox, integrity inbox, so on) and other HR activities to ensure high quality HR services are delivered on time.

What makes this role even better is that it also has a great opportunity to support the HR Business Partner team with other people and position related activities, learn new and more complex HR skills to act as backup for the HRBPs when required.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

* A strong solution focused mindset and enjoy undertaking routine HR tasks such as recruitment with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Experience and/or good exposure to candidate/talent/recruitment management systems.
* Can-do attitude with great communication skills and the ability to juggle a few things on the go.
