The Opportunity
We are looking for a Brand Delivery Manager to continue strengthening AGEM's brand through consistent, high‑quality delivery that builds visibility, credibility and meaningful connection with our investor community.
Reporting to the Head of Brand & Community, this role focuses on the practical delivery of brand and marketing activity across all channels and touchpoints, translating strategic direction into clear, well‑executed communications, campaigns and experiences.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who has impeccable standards and attention to detail, enjoys turning strategy into action, and is driven to continuously improve impact and experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute AGEM's brand and marketing strategy across digital, print, and events/experiences in line with agreed priorities
* Deliver high‑quality campaigns, content, and collateral that reflect AGEM's warm, relatable, and trust‑led brand positioning
* Develop and manage marketing assets including investor resources, presentations, digital content and branded materials
* Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, asset development, approvals, and delivery
* Maintain consistent application of AGEM's visual identity, tone of voice, and brand standards across all outputs
* Act as a quality control checkpoint, ensuring all materials are accurate, polished, and on‑brand prior to release
* Monitor marketing performance and apply insights to refine execution and improve effectiveness
* Coordinate and brief external suppliers (designers, printers, photographers, digital partners), managing delivery against timelines and expectations
* Support investor communications in collaboration with the Head of Brand & Community and Investor Relations team

About You
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, creative advertising or related field
* 5+ years' experience in brand, marketing, or communications delivery roles
* Strong execution capability with excellent attention to detail
* Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or Rush
* Experience working with CRMs including automation and email marketing is highly desirable
* Confidence translating strategic direction into practical, high‑quality outputs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience coordinating external suppliers and managing budget and timelines
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and willingness to embrace new technologies to deliver efficient outcomes reflective of impactful marketing trends
* A current driver's licence and reliable car
