Occupational Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with various developmental and physical challenges.
You will work closely with a team of professionals to design and implement therapy programs that enhance children's motor, sensory, and cognitive abilities, improving their daily lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and experience working with children. A bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution is required.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and cognitive function
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
* Implement therapy interventions to support children in achieving their developmental goals
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

* Current AHPRA registration
