As our Business Development and Sales Analyst, you will:
Sales Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify patterns and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management and sales teams.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and sales pipeline metrics.
Market Research and Business Intelligence
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Identify potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to guide business development strategies.
Business Development
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute business development plans.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Assist in creating compelling value propositions for clients.
Sales Strategy and Forecasting
Work closely with sales leadership to develop sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Forecast sales performance based on historical data and market trends.
Recommend pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales tactics.
Relationship Building
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, Business Development Specialist, or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic mindset and ability to think critically.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and market dynamics.
Security Industry Market experience highly desired.
