About the Role
Join the as a F&B Supervisor, you'll be leading a team of F&B attendants to deliver standout service across the restaurant, bar, events and In-Room Dining. From greeting and serving guests, managing team rosters and labour budgets and providing recruitment and training to a diverse group of individuals. This is a hands-on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a supervisor or senior F&B role working in hotels or restaurants.
Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
Be able to anticipate the guests needs and be adaptable
