Job Title: Business Development Assistant
As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Ashurst Service Central (ASC) - Client team on a full-time, permanent basis in Brisbane. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our Brand, Marketing, Communications (BMC), and Business Development (BD) teams and other areas within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event invitations, attendee lists, online event setup, recording, and event feedback surveys;
- Building positive working relationships, particularly with the BD, BMC, and ASC teams;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to write clearly, concisely, and to a high standard, with an excellent grasp of grammar and punctuation;
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.
