Training Coordinator
Your new company
HAYS are currently working with a Registered Training Organisation who are seeking an experienced administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months to assist the team.
Your new role
As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for administering and scheduling training services for all business stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with the business's regulatory, commercial, organisational, and RTO obligations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked in an administration role and possess excellent attention to detail. In addition, you will have:
* VET sector and RTO compliance knowledge.
* Experience with RTO systems and procedures.
* Strong administration, organisation, and time management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Projects.
* Familiarity with aXcelerate, Ariba, and Ellipse.
* Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
* Ability to manage complex spreadsheets.
