Guest Experience Role
We are seeking a skilled Chief Guest Services Officer to manage all aspects of guest relations and ensure a seamless customer journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Overseeing guest relations, ensuring a positive experience from pre-arrival through post-departure.
* Welcome guests warmly, manage inquiries, requests, and complaints, and coordinate special amenities, events, and VIP arrangements.
* Build strong relationships with guests, maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles, and support the training and development of front office team members.
* Monitor guest feedback and trends, responding across all platforms to drive continuous improvement and elevate the overall guest experience.
