Based within the AIRR retail network, you'll manage a multimillion-dollar inventory, oversee procurement activities, and drive business efficiency through strong supplier relationships and streamlined sales operations.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of input procurement, sales coordination, and inventory management.ResponsibilitiesAs a Tactical Ag Sales Operations Manager, you will:Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations and administration for a high-performing agricultural rental unitDevelop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goalsBuild and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers, vendors and customersMonitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supplyAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisionsEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standardsAbout YouTo succeed at AIRR, you have:Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldExtensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farmingStrong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practicesProficiency in ERP systems and procurement platformsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to travel to suppliers and customersAbout AIRRAIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.We invest in our staff to ensure everyone who joins AIRR is set up to succeed, from training and conferences to industry experts well within your reach offering support and guidance.
