Role: Allied Health Professionals - Multiple Roles

Location: Broome, WA

Base pay range: A$98,000.00/yr - A$113,000.00/yr

Salary: Earn from $98,000 – $113,000 + Super (depending on skills & experience)

* Salary packaging up to $15,900 p.a.
* Relocation assistance up to $5,000
* Remote Area Allowance up to $1,300 p.a.
* 6 weeks' Annual leave
* Flexible work options (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract)

About BRAMS

Since 1978, Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) has delivered culturally safe, community-led healthcare in the Kimberley. As an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, BRAMS provides holistic care spanning general practice, chronic disease, maternal and child health, social and emotional wellbeing, NDIS, and aged care.

About the Roles

We're seeking passionate Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Aged & Disability Social Workers to join our Allied Health team in Broome.

Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting person-centred assessments and tailored support plans
* Providing therapy, intervention, or care coordination services
* Liaising with families, carers, and service providers
* Prescribing assistive technology where required
* Delivering culturally safe, inclusive, and respectful care

Requirements & What You Bring

About You

To succeed, you will bring:

* Tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) in Speech Pathology, OT, or Social Work
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* A commitment to cultural safety and Aboriginal health
* Adaptability and compassion in supporting diverse clients

Requirements (or willingness to obtain):

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Aged Care Key Personnel Check
* National Police Clearance
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
