Leading SA Business is continuing to grow the team and are on the search for a hands-on, highly transactional permanent Accountant to join the accounting team.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss accounts and Balance sheets for multiple legal structures.
* Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process.
* Balance Sheet reconciliations including intercompany transactions.
* General Ledger maintenance.
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS and PAYG statements.
* Fixed Asset Register maintenance.
* Preparation of ad hoc management reports as requested.
* Preparation of year-end financial accounts & reports.
As an Accountant, with 1-3 years of experience, you will bring a positive outlook, with key attributes to include:
* Strong attention to accuracy and detail
* Strong numeracy and data management skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact and communicate with a range of stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of MYOB & Excel
* Relevant tertiary qualification
* Love of teamwork and growing with others
* Flexible and adaptable to change
