AO4 designer creating digital and print content three days a week for an Queensland government agency
Your new company
You will join a Queensland government organisation focused on public programs and community services. The team delivers communication and engagement work that supports statewide initiatives and public outcomes.
Your new role
You will design visual content for digital and print channels. You will produce layouts, social assets, presentations, brochures, and templates. You will work with communication staff to develop concepts aligned with brand standards. You will refine material based on feedback. You will manage design files and maintain consistent quality across projects. You will use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. The role offers hybrid work.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring:
* Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
* Knowledge of typography, colour, layout and composition.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Experience working with stakeholders and meeting timeframes.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Creative problem solving.
* Experience with video editing tools.
* Useful knowledge of basic UI, web or photography.

Hours are 7.25 per day, 21.75 per week.
You will start as soon as possible. The contract runs for six months from the start date, with an option to extend.
You will work 60 percent in the office and 40 percent at home after a four week probation period.
