* Deliver commercial requirements of the project
* Prepare and submit progress claims and ensure timely payment
* Advise project management teams on contractual issues and initiate correspondence
* Prepare, review, and submit reports to prescribed timescales (including equipment and cost reports)

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Commercial Law
* Ideally hold MRICS membership or be working towards membership
* Hold intermediate-level experience in a similar role, having worked in large-scale infrastructure, construction, rail, or heavy industrial environments
* A comprehensive knowledge of contract management principles and practices, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration
* High technical and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills for confident liaison with internal and external stakeholders
