The OpportunityProvide day-to-day and big picture support to a Doyle's guide recognised Partner and their Workplace Relations team of lawyers. Work on a variety of business and government department matters involving workplace health and safety, industrial relations, anti-discrimination and more.
Duties
* Preparing court documents and client correspondence
* Performing legal research and obtaining material in support of a case, including medical, financial and claim records
* Arranging appointments, and managing diaries
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting with billing and financial reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
* At least 12 months experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* High level organisation and prioritisation
* Initiative and team-oriented approach
