Occupational Therapist Role

We seek Occupational Therapists with varying levels of experience who share our passion for community-based work and appreciate the flexibility offered by this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage an allocated caseload based on your negotiated hours, ensuring timely delivery of therapeutic services.
2. Evaluate participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
3. Analyze findings to develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs.
4. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life and facilitate goal achievement.
5. Mentor and support early career clinicians in their professional growth.
6. Stay informed about relevant legislation to ensure compliance.

Essential Requirements:

* Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload.
* A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous skill development.
* Experience mentoring and supervising Occupational Therapists.
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
