Key Responsibilities:
 1. Manage an allocated caseload based on your negotiated hours, ensuring timely delivery of therapeutic services.
 2. Evaluate participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
 3. Analyze findings to develop targeted treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs.
 4. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve participants' quality of life and facilitate goal achievement.
 5. Mentor and support early career clinicians in their professional growth.
 6. Stay informed about relevant legislation to ensure compliance.

 * Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
