We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration & Operations Support Officer to join a growing team in Cremorne. This is not your typical admin role. You'll gain exposure across operations, facilities management, sales, marketing, compliance and executive support — making every day different, engaging and rewarding. About the Role Working closely with the CEO, Operations Manager, Facility Management team, Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently. This position offers strong development potential for someone who is ambitious, capable and ready to step up over time. Key Responsibilities General Administration & Office Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO and team Manage office supplies, stationery, uniforms and consumables Collect and distribute office mail Oversee petty cash, including monthly reconciliation Vendor & Supplier Management Maintain and manage the Vendor/Supplier Management System Ensure supplier insurances, licences and compliance documents remain current Maintain accurate vendor records and reporting Source and pre-screen new suppliers when required Manage consumable orders for contractors Operational & Project Support Assist with proposal preparation and supporting documentation Support ISO and compliance documentation updates (SWMS, procedures, controlled documents) Provide assistance on operational projects and business initiatives Sales & Marketing Support Research targeted companies and industries to support business development Coordinate introductory meetings with prospective clients Assist with social media content and company newsletters What We're Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator able to liaise across multiple teams Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database systems Able to work independently and take initiative Highly Regarded Previous administrative or office support experience Experience in facilities management, property services or similar industries Exposure to compliance documentation, WHS or ISO frameworks If you're looking for more than just an admin job — and want to build a career where your contribution is recognised and rewarded — we'd love to hear from you.
