Role Overview
In this unique client-focused you will guide strategic roadmaps, lead implementation programs, shape advice standards and influence product direction. This role is ideal for someone who combines practical financial advice experience with consulting capability and a strong understanding of digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading end‑to‑end digital advice transformation programs
* Facilitating senior stakeholder engagement and strategic roadmap definition
* Providing guidance across solution design, configuration and implementation
* Ensuring digital advice journeys meet regulatory and compliance standards
* Partnering with technology vendors and ecosystem stakeholders
* Leading workshops, executive updates and solution discussions
* Supporting troubleshooting, continuous improvement and benefits realisation
* Contributing to product roadmap and capability evolution
* Supporting sales demonstrations, RFP responses and prospect engagement
Skills & Experience
* Deep knowledge of advice regulations, frameworks and adviser behaviours
* Strong understanding of wealth management products (insurance, investment, retirement)
* Background in digital transformation or technology implementation
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex programs
* Bachelor’s degree required; post‑graduate advice qualifications advantageous
* Strong commercial acumen, ownership mindset and attention to detail
* Strong consulting background
* Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
