Our Senior Men's team is stepping up to the Premier League 1 Division in 2026, and we're searching for a passionate, driven, and experienced volunteer coach to lead the squad into this exciting new era.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a high-performing team - bringing together a dedicated group of returning players and introducing new talent to help the club achieve success at the next level.
What You'll Be Doing
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions .
* Mentor and motivate players, developing their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
* Foster a high-performance, team-first culture built on respect, accountability, and enjoyment.
* Identify and recruit new players to strengthen the squad.
* Monitor performance and provide constructive, ongoing feedback to players.
* Collaborate with club staff to coordinate fixtures, events, and matchday operations.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all players on and off the field.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience coaching at a senior soccer level .
* Relevant coaching qualifications (B Licence or higher highly regarded).
* Strong knowledge of modern soccer tactics, techniques, and player development principles.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated ability to fit within a strong community led culture
* A team-focused approach, with the ability to work independently when required.
* Valid First Aid certification and Working with Children Check (essential).
