We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. You will be navigating multiple systems while maintaining engagement on the phone and confidently handling technology faults, complaints, and trouble-shooting issues.

Responsibilities

1. Answer inbound calls from customers and build rapport.
\
2. Provide outstanding customer solutions.
\
3. Navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement.
\
4. Confidently handle technology faults, complaints, and trouble-shooting issues.
\
5. Work on a roster across Monday-Sunday between 5am-10pm (shifts are 7.6 hours, work 5 days per week).
\
6. Once probation is passed, salary will increase by $2,000 annually, work from home on a hybrid model, and adopt a 9-day fortnight.
\
7. Other responsibilities as required.
