Responsibilities
As the ASM in this fast-paced high-volume business, you will manage huge operations, deliver sensational customer service standards, and develop an already high-performing team alongside the Store Manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience in volume retail fashion management essential.
Proven ability to achieve all day-to-day operations.
Experience in stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
Strong background in driving sales and hitting KPIs.
Confidence in all facets of HR and leadership: are you a 'People's Manager'?
Ability to drive in-store as well as company culture.
Benefits
