Are you an expert in workers compensation ready to make a real impact for clients? At WTW we are seeking an Account Executive who will be at the forefront of delivering tailored workers compensation. In this role you'll manage key client programmes, provide strategic advice on claims and premiums, and help organisations navigate the complexities of workers compensation across Australia. The Role

* Manage clients workplace risk programmes ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services
* Provide outsourced return‑to‑work support services for a range of clients
* Maintain comprehensive client data and update accordingly
* Produce analytical written reports for clients
* Complete premium renewals and policy placement of national workers compensation insurance
* Undertake premium forecasting
* Maximise the revenue generated from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability and maximisation of group functions
* Support WTW in seeking and securing new business opportunities through cross‑selling of broader WTW service offerings
* Adhere to all compliance and business processes


Qualifications

* Previous experience in a workers compensation role or similar within an insurance or self‑insurance environment, preferably in Queensland
* Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of workers compensation claims principles and processes and ideally understand how these vary by state
* Ability to identify key policy/premium influencing factors and provide support to the claims process
* Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
* Excellent report writing and correspondence skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear explanation to clients when required
* A customer‑centric approach to work
* Proactive time‑management skills and a proven record of prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
* Demonstrated experience delivering accurate services on time to ensure service and quality standards are met
* Tertiary qualification in allied health or equivalent work experience desirable
