Due to the growth of the business an exciting opportunity exists for multiple experienced and highly motivated Line Chefs to join the team.
These casual positions will suit suitably qualified people with passion and drive to maintain our outstanding reputation.
There may be the opportunity for permanency in this position in the future.
We will work with your availability, so if you would like only a few shifts per week we can accommodate that too.
Key responsibilities
Menu development and planning.
Providing outstanding meals on a consistent basis.
Awareness of food safety and OHS legislation.
Team building and leadership.
A passion and love of good food.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Flair and love of creating great pizzas.
Qualifications
The successful applicants will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, be creative, inspirational & dedicated to the ongoing growth & development of the kitchen.
The Flying Horse Hotel has a dedicated and stable kitchen team, and is looking to bring on board some more like-minded chefs.
