You'll be stepping into a portfolio that has been genuinely cared for, with established systems and processes already in place (PropertyMe & Inspect Manager).
Your focus will be on:
* Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
* Managing day‐to‐day portfolio operations with confidence
* Overseeing maintenance and ensuring high service standards
* Conducting routines, lease renewals, and arrears management
* Delivering a polished, professional experience to clients
With the heavy admin and leasing workload already supported, you'll have the autonomy to run your portfolio properly — without the burnout.

About You:
* 2–3 years of experience in Property Management
* Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
