About the Role
As a Health Imaging Technician, you’ll support the delivery of Bone Mineral Density (BMD) and Total Body Composition scans using advanced DXA technology. You’ll ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their procedure while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and clinical excellence.
What you’ll do
- Operate DXA equipment to perform bone density and body composition scans.
- Position patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams.
- Participate in quality assurance and safety protocols

What you’ll bring
- A commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
- An EPA Licence to Operate an Ionising Radiation Apparatus — or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
