Sales Associate – McGrath Byron Bay

As our Byron Bay office continues to grow, respected local agent Tezu Harrison is expanding his team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, people focused Sales Associate to build a rewarding real estate career. You will work closely with Tezu, while also becoming part of the successful and supportive McGrath Northern Rivers team.
About the Role
This full time position is ideal for someone organised, proactive and ready to build a long term real estate career. You'll support Tezu across every stage of the sales process, helping deliver smooth, professional and memorable experiences for clients while learning the foundations of being a future agent yourself.
Your day to day will include:
* Delivering warm, professional six-star client service
* Preparing listing presentations, proposals, market reports and vendor updates
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, including photos, floor plans, ad copy and online advertising
* Managing brochures, signage, bookings and supplier communication
* Maintaining accurate CRM information, follow-ups and client notes
* Assisting with prospecting, database management and lead nurture
* Attending open homes, private appointments, buyer inspections & pre-settlement checks
* Supporting auctions with onsite coordination and buyer registration
* Providing clear, timely communication to clients, buyers and suppliers
* Assisting with contracts, compliance administration and settlement processes
This is a dynamic and rewarding position that provides exposure to all stages of the sales process.
What we are looking for

* Motivated, enthusiastic and eager to learn
* Confident with people, both in person and over the phone
* Highly organised and detail focused
* Well presented and professional
* Tech savvy and quick to learn CRM systems
* Positive, solutions oriented and reliable
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Ideally, you will have
* A Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience in real estate, sales, customer service or administrative support (preferred but not essential)
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
