Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as the key support person for the Property Management team — prior PM experience is essential.
- Assists with tribunals, complex portfolio matters, correspondence, and compliance requirements.
- Oversees day‑to‑day office operations in collaboration with the accounts and administration teams.
- Leads onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing professional development for admin and property management staff.
- Does not manage a portfolio; however, will provide coverage during staff leave when required.
- Delivers solid administrative and operational support across the business.
About you:
- Driven, motivated, and solution‑focused, with proven Property Management experience, including managing a portfolio and tribunal experience.
- Confident, reliable, and able to support busy teams in day‑to‑day operations.
- Positive personality, great attitude, and passionate about a long‑term career in real estate.
