Executive Manager Economic Development and Community Services
The Shire of Toodyay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organisation in a key executive leadership role.
About the Role
* Provide strategic leadership across economic development, tourism, recreation and community services
* Lead a multidisciplinary team (~8 FTE)
* Drive initiatives that support a vibrant, sustainable local economy
* Strengthen relationships with government, community and industry stakeholders
* Oversee key services including library, visitor centre, museum and community programs
About You
* Proven experience in economic development and/or community services
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement expertise
* Ability to deliver outcomes aligned with community needs
* Local Government experience (desirable)
The Package
* Contract up to 5 years
* Total remuneration up to $191,000
* Includes vehicle, superannuation and professional development
