Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Mobile Coordinator to support our OSHC services across the Maryborough and Hervey Bay portfolio. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you will work 38 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Rise Then Shine: 6:00-9:00am Stay and Play: 2:30-6:00pm School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:00am - 6:00pm About the Role You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
