The Opportunity

We're hiring a Business Development Manager - Restaurants to grow EatClub on the ground.

This is a field-first role with full ownership of a territory. You will be in the field five days per week, managing the entire sales process end-to-end including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding venues.

Sales cycles are short (0–14 days), the pace is rapid, and results are highly visible.

What You'll Do

Own and grow a defined sales territory
Meet restaurant owners and operators face-to-face, five days per week
Prospect through walk-ins, cold calls, and scheduled meetings
Build and manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline
Deliver clear, confident in-person pitches
Negotiate and close commercial agreements efficiently
Onboard new venues and set them up for early wins
Partner with internal teams to support long-term venue performance

We're open to candidates new to tech sales who bring high-performance, transferable experience, including:

Sales professionals transitioning into tech sales
Professional or elite athletes who are competitive, disciplined, and coachable
Hospitality professionals who understand restaurant operations and have strong venue relationships
