The Role

Kelmscott SHS is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Specialist/ Arts Teacher to join our dynamic Arts Learning Area. This role offers the opportunity to teach across Years 7–12, with a strong focus on Drama, while also delivering engaging Visual Arts programs.
The successful applicant will ideally:
* Have expertise in teaching Drama, with the ability to inspire students in performance, production, and theatre studies.
* Possess the skills and flexibility to teach Visual Arts and foster artistic creativity.
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences aligned with the Western Australian Curriculum.
* Differentiate teaching strategies to cater for diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
