What you'll be doing
The Projects & Paste Supervisor will be responsible for the daily planning, allocation and supervision of Murchison Mining Services' onsite personnel and machinery during the installation of:
Pneumatic Vent Doors
Dewatering Pumping Infrastructure and Pipe work
Underground Escapeway installations
Your role will be to develop and maintain strong engagement with onsite personnel, ensuring detailed reporting schedules and upholding the company values and expectations throughout the mine service contract period.
You will liaise closely with the Project Manager and Training Advisor to deliver safe and effective outcomes for your site's projects and service crews, meet mine site service delivery targets, and manage risk mitigation strategies across your responsibilities.
What we're looking for
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project or Paste Crew Supervisor in construction or underground mining.
Demonstrated background in project/paste supervision, preferably within underground mining.
Preference for candidates who have completed the Mining S26 Supervision course.
Deep understanding of Western Australian mining rules and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality management.
Current driver's licence and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
