**The Position - Human Resources Advisor**
We're looking for a passionate people person who has the mindset of what's best for the client's business to support them in managing their employees to achieve their business goals. We truly partner with the business in all things 'people related.
No two days are the same at Integrated HR and you will be exposed to a variety of clients across different businesses and industries.
We will ensure your success in your responsibilities, which will include:
- Coordinating the recruitment and selection life-cycle
- Drafting and implementing client HR strategic plans
- Managing the onboarding (first impressions count) and offboarding (gaining invaluable feedback) process
- Employee life-cycle administration / data entry using various client and internal HRIS i.e. Employment Hero, FoundU, MyRecruit etc
- Drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures, forms etc
- Drafting and delivering Training sessions / workshops
- Workforce planning and restructuring
- Performance counselling, performance management and workplace investigations
- Award and Legislation interpretation
- Drafting employee manuals, policies and procedures, employment agreements
- Attending client's at their premises

**About You**
With your 3+ years of HR experience, you will also have a mature, ethical and open approach to your work. Your ability to easily juggle multiple priorities and have a solution focused mindset will see you succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Anyone working in HR knows that attention to detail and compliance is key and of course this position requires those skills. But just as important is customer service - ensuring that your clients are openly communicated with and in a timely manner.
To be successful you will be:
- Degree or certificate qualified in Human Resources / Psychology / Counselling / Business or similar
- Experienced as a HR generalist with knowledge of the Fair Work Act, other relevant industrial relations legislation and able to read and interpret Modern Awards
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to learn HRIS and payroll systems
- Professional in your approach to work with a sense of humour
- Experienced and able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Willing to learn on the job and take direction with a pro-active and 'can-do' attitude
As part of the Integrated HR team, you will work out of our office in Burleigh and be part of a fun HR team where support and mentoring occurs on a daily basis. You will attend different work sites, receive paid day off, in-house HR / legislative training and upskilling, lots of goodies in the kitchen, social events and more.
