About the Role: We are seeking Support Workers to provide meaningful, in-home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life.
Clients' needs vary greatly, but our Support Workers help with everyday tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments or activities, and social and community support.
As a Support Worker, you will have opportunities for career growth and professional development. You might also be part of complex care programs supporting people living with disabilities or aged care needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming
* Domestic Assistance: Help clients maintain a safe environment by assisting with household chores like laundry cooking cleaning etc.
* Social & Community Support: Please accompany the client to their appointments make sure they attend community events regularly so this helps them keep connected stay active become more independent
