Job Role Summary:
This position entails collaborating with a team of employment tax specialists to develop advanced tax advisory expertise. Key focus areas include global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements across a diverse range of national clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultative services on FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
* Offer international assignment consulting and compliance services across various clients and matters.
* Promote the preparation of FBT returns using specialist software.
* Review and develop FBT policies and procedures for employers.
* Prepare and review payroll tax returns, conduct compliance reviews and 'Health Checks' for employers' employment tax obligations.
* Design and implement share plans for C-suite and other levels.
* Collaborate with data and technology experts to help design automated tools.
* Coach and mentor junior team members.

* Degree qualification, majoring in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance or Law.
